Enable background activity for Asterix* and check data saver settings.

I forgot my PIN

For security, we cannot recover a PIN. If you enabled the nuke option, multiple failed attempts will wipe local data.

Can I use Premium without an e‑SIM?

Yes, over Wi‑Fi only. The e‑SIM provides always‑on connectivity without SIM metadata.

Do you share information with governments?

No. Asterix does not share any information with governments. We do not have access to the messages stored on your mobile phone, and we do not cooperate or collaborate with any government body. Your messages remain on your device and are not accessible to us.

How can messages from my phone be revealed?

Messages from your phone can only be seen if you unlock your device (for example, by entering your PIN, password, or using biometrics) and choose to show them. Asterix cannot remotely access, retrieve, or reveal messages stored on your phone.
